The subject incident occurred on December 25, 2025, as my clients' vehicle was traveling northbound on I-15 when their vehicle was struck in the rear as it stopped for traffic.
Following an investigation, Mr. Alpha was cited for failure to decrease speed (citation #11009141).
Our clients were admitted to UMC for emergency treatment and diagnosis. The emergency room physician, Dr. Bentley Doc, ordered cervical spine and lumbar spine x-rays and administered treatment.
On December 29, 2025 our clients sought further treatment at Desert Inn Medical Center with Mark Doc, D.O. and Frank Doc.
Based on the findings and the physical examinations, the following diagnosis of the injuries sustained by Mr. & Mrs. Q as a result of the subject accident were made:
Mr. Q has treated with pain management modalities, chiropractic manipulative therapy, and medication. Intramuscular injection was administered because ongoing neck pain persisted.
